Stalingrad

February 6th at 4:00 p.m.
"STALINGRAD." Directed by Fedor Bondarchuk.
A band of Russian soldiers fight to hold a strategic building in their devastated city against a ruthless German army, and in the process become deeply connected to two Russian women who have been living there.

Prior to the screening, beginning at 3:30, Dr. Christopher Bean, Associate Professor, Department of History and Native American Studies at East Central University, will deliver a lecture titled "How Soviet Russia Saved the Free World."

All films will be screened in the Raymond J. Estep Multimedia Center located inside the Bill S. Cole University Center (near the corner of E. 13th Street and South Francis) on the campus of East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.

Tickets are available at the door for $10 per person or $5 for students (with ID).
